CATS Global Schools (CGS) is pleased to announce that three CGS students have been offered undergraduate places at the University of Cambridge.
Applying to study at the world-renowned University of Cambridge is extremely competitive. In 2023, over 20,000 students applied for 4,500 first year undergraduate places. To receive an offer means that our three students have stood out from within an exceptionally talented pool of applicants. They have demonstrated their passion for and commitment to their subject area, their academic prowess and their ability to handle academic life at the University of Cambridge.
The three students are completing A Level studies at St Michael’s School. In their interviews, they have shown their suitability to study their chosen undergraduate degree subjects: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine and Law.
In addition to their incredible personal achievement, 100% of St Michael’s students invited to interview have received offers to study at the University of Cambridge in the 2025 application cycle. Applying to Cambridge requires careful preparation to ensure a highly competitive application is submitted. This fantastic achievement reflects the personalised support and advice provided by the St Michael’s School staff to the Cambridge applicants during this process. It is also excellent news to begin the year. It follows outstanding successes in 2024, which included receiving the School’s best ever A Level results and being ranked third in the whole UK for A Level results.
