Our three Stafford House English Language Centres in Cambridge, Canterbury and London are celebrating success after the recent British Council inspections. Inspectors visited each of the schools for a week in October to assess the standards of management, teaching, resources, welfare and care of under 18s in UK English language teaching (ELT). The inspection reports for all schools, published this month, state that all schools met the standards of the Scheme. The inspectors also noted that the total Areas of Strength increased from 16 to 29 across all Stafford House centres since their last inspections (Canterbury [2019], Cambridge [2017] and London [2016]).
“To have achieved these results demonstrates the teamwork, shared sense of purpose and ongoing high levels of engagement and motivation from staff in all three schools. I’m very proud that the commitment to excellence across our schools has been recognised by the British Council Accreditation Scheme.
“These results give us a fantastic platform for growth.”
