A level Results Day 2023: CGS Students achieve places at all Russell Group Universities

Today, 193 CATS Global Schools’ (CGS) students celebrate outstanding A level results, with 71% achieving at least one A*/A Grade.

CGS has a history of helping its students secure places at prestigious universities. In recent years, students have achieved first-choice places at all 24 Russell Group Universities, including Cambridge, Oxford, and the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Degree programme choices include traditional subjects such as Law, Medicine, and Economics, with some students choosing new and pioneering undergraduate degrees such as Computer Games Development, Photo Journalism, and Cancer Studies.

St Michael’s School student, Anna from Greece, achieved A*A*A*A*a in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, English, and EPQ, respectively, and has secured her first-choice place to study Medicine at the University of Oxford.

“St Michael’s School organised tutoring for BMAT, and I was able to do mock interviews with my teachers and head teachers. Academically the school is challenging but rewarding with small group learning which is interactive and in-depth.”

CGS Managing Director Schools, Craig Wilson, praised the accomplishments of this year’s A level graduates:

“Our results once again reflect our students’ hard work and commitment and demonstrate our robust teaching approach and pastoral care, provided by a team of dedicated educators.

“I’d like to congratulate our students on their grades and wish them every success as they progress to University and beyond.”

Chris Stacey, CEO of CATS Global Schools, added:

“Well done to all A level students celebrating their accomplishments today.

“Results day marks a significant milestone in every student’s academic journey and is a culmination of years of hard work and dedication, opening doors to prestigious universities and shaping career opportunities.”

CATS Global Schools will welcome returning and new A level students to its schools this September, preparing them for university and their future careers.
