CATS Global Schools (CGS) is delighted to share exciting updates on the university and college acceptances received by our CATS Academy Boston students.
In the 2025 college application cycle, students have secured 325 acceptances from colleges and universities in the USA, Canada and UK. Reflecting their academic and personal achievements, students have received over 100 acceptances from some of the top 100 US universities and colleges (as ranked by US News).

CGS is committed to preparing students for entry to the best universities in the UK, USA and internationally.
Students have received acceptances from seven US universities, which are ranked in the global top 100 universities by the QS World University Rankings. Acceptances have been received from Stanford University, Johns Hopkins University, New York University, University of California – San Diego, Pennsylvania State University, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Purdue University. All six institutions are highly respected in the US for their academic rigor, engaging campus experience and outstanding graduate outcomes. Internationally, these universities are well-known for their academic research and excellent undergraduate teaching.
Additionally, Forbes has recently updated their ‘New Ivies’ for 2025, listing Johns Hopkins University, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Purdue University as top universities rivaling the traditional Ivy League schools. All three institutions, along with the other 17 public and private universities on Forbes’ list, are well-known for their high academic standards, selective entry criteria and preparing students for the workplace. According to Forbes, employers are increasingly looking to the ‘New Ivies’ for their future employees.
Students have also received offers the University of Toronto and University of British Columbia. These prestigious institutions are ranked within the top three Canadian universities by US News as well as appearing in the top 100 world universities

With 142 acceptances acceptances from 47 of the top 100 US universities, it is clear that CATS Academy Boston students have impressed admissions officers at top universities across the US with their academic and extra-curricular achievements.
The table to the left highlights acceptances from US universities that rank both in the top 100 US universities and the top 100 global universities. In addition to these prestigious institutions, students have secured acceptances from the University of Florida, Georgia Institute of Technology, University of California – Davis, University of California – Irvine and Boston University, which all rank in the top 50 US universities according to US News Best National Universities 2025.
