Tim Zhou has served as the Chairperson of Bright Scholar Education Holdings Limited since November 2022 and as the Chief Executive Officer since February 2023. Mr. Zhou is a co-founder of Country Garden Venture Capital and has served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Investment Committee since its inception in 2019. Mr. Zhou joined Country Garden Holdings Company Limited in 2015 and served as special assistant to the Chairman of its board. Prior to that, Mr. Zhou served as a hedge fund analyst at Bear Stearns Asset Management Inc. from 2007 to 2008. He was also an analyst at RBS Global Banking and Markets from 2008 to 2009, and an assistant fund manager at China Merchants Fund Management Co., Ltd. from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Zhou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard University.
