Her career journey kicked off at Cambridge Education Group, where she held the role of Country Manager, overseeing student recruitment efforts. Following eight highly successful years there, she made a strategic move to Student.com—a dynamic start-up—taking on the pivotal position of Asia General Manager. Over her six-year tenure with the company, Michelle played a key role in evolving the platform into a leading global student accommodation booking service.
Subsequently, Michelle joined Pearson as Vice President of PTE for the Greater China Market. In this role, she leveraged her deep expertise and strategic foresight to drive growth in the digital age. After her time at Pearson, she joined Shorelight Education as General Manager for China, concurrently holding the position of General Manager for Greater China at U.S. News Global Education, where she spearheads student recruitment initiatives and drives the growth of U.S. News & World Report Ranking’s brand influence in target markets.
Today, based in Chengdu, Michelle leverages both her passion for education and deep industry expertise to continue driving impactful initiatives—all while advancing educational excellence across borders at CATS Global Schools.
